ROMULUS, MICH. — Alliance Polymers and Services LLC and APS Compounding LLC will operate under a new name: APS Elastomers.
Alliance Polymers said the merger reflects the companies' enhanced focus on distribution of thermoplastic elastomers, its vast technical expertise in TPEs and its ability to compound customer specific materials.
APS Elastomers will operate under the direction of Roger Hurang and Stephane Morin. The firm said it will continue to offer exceptional service and technical solutions to customers.
"Consolidating our two companies to form APS Elastomers allows us to provide a single source for TPE material and expertise," Morin said. The firm also will provide expedited shipments and full laboratory services.
"Through combined experience, APS Elastomers will continue to deliver products and services offered by major suppliers, while maintaining a personal, hands-on approach," Hurang said. |
